Amenities

The Residence offers a variety of amenities and services to enrich your experience away from home:

Common Kitchen

There is a common kitchen located in each Residence, open 24 hours a day. This kitchen features full-size stoves and allows all residents to cook at their own freedom.

Laundry Rooms

Each Residence offers a dedicated pay-per-use laundry room complete with washers and dryers. These laundry rooms are open 24 hours a day. The laundry system operates with a prepaid card system; the cost of washing and drying a load depends on the cycles you select.

Common Lounges

There are common areas located in the Residence to encourage student enjoyment and socialization. Many of these lounges are equipped with a flat-screen TV for hookup to game consoles, movies, and television devices.

Multi-Purpose Lounges


Each Residence offers multi-purpose lounges available for group presentation preparation or alternative study space.

Maintenance

Residents can complete their maintenance requests through the Housing Portal. Maintenance workers will enter each students suite and complete all insufficiencies listed on the maintenance request.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping services are provided weekly for the kitchen and washroom areas of each suite. However, the bedrooms and individual waste removal are the responsibility of the residents.
