September Move In

This year’s move-in has been adapted to facilitate the need for physical distancing and sanitation. Like many other processes here at the residence, our key goal is to keep our residence community safe and that starts with YOU!

This year’s move-in will be by appointment only, with the option to move-In on September 5th & 6th between 9 AM to 5 PM. *Please note: If you require a move-in date of September 7th, limited time slots will be available.

To limit the number of people attending the Residence and to follow our physical distancing protocols, we are limiting the number of people coming with you to two (2) individuals to assist with your move-in. All residents and individuals assisting with moving in will be required to check-in, sanitize, wear a mask, and fill out our residence screening questionnaire for your move-in time.

You will be provided with a one-hour timeslot with the use of a cart to move your items into your room. After the one-hour, you will return the cart and sign-out your individuals.

It is strongly recommended to arrive 10 to 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled time so you may use your full hour to move-in. Students who arrive at the Residence without an appointment may be delayed to the first available timeslot to maintain our physical distancing protocols.

When you arrive at the Residence on move-in day, you will receive further information on your room number, residence key card, and other important information regarding your stay at residence. Please note that we cannot give out room number until your arrival.

We look forward to seeing you!

Sincerely,

Residence Management
