Dear new and future residents,
In response to the global housing/affordability crisis, Niagara College will increase capacity at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus Residence beginning Summer of 2024 by reconfiguring current suites to help meet housing/affordability demand. Our capacity will increase from 200 to 275.
The Daniel J. Patterson Campus Residence will now provide three suite options, varying in affordability to choose from.

Daniel J. Patterson Residence Suite Options:
- 2024 Summer Semester: $1,600.00
- 2024/2025 Academic Semester: $4,500.00
- 2024/2025 Winter Semester: $2,250.00
Prices for triple occupancy suite – shared bedroom reflect the cost of one individual bed in a shared bedroom in a shared suite.
Your selected bed will be a single size loft over desk/bunk-style.
Total Suite Occupancy: 3 Individuals.
Amenities and furniture finishes subject to change. Student responsible for providing bed linens.
