Domestic Students

The following fees are in place for 2023/2024. Rates apply to full-time Domestic and International students enrolled at Niagara College. Residence fees include utilities, satellite television, access to the internet, and a furnished suite. Students can apply for Residence before they are accepted into their program.

Please Note: The Niagara College Residences do not accept promissory notes from students who are planning to use the proceeds of their OSAP loan to pay their Residence fees. You must make the necessary arrangements to submit your Residence fees prior to the due dates below.

RATES & DATES

Applications Open: February 1st

  • $2,900.00 due April 15, 2023

 

OPTION 2

  • $725.00 due April 15, 2023
  • $725.00 due May 15, 2023
  • $725.00 due June 15, 2023
  • $725.00 due July 15, 2023

  • $8,500.00 due June 15, 2023


OPTION 2*

$8,600.00 payable as;

  •  $4,300.00 due June 15, 2023
  • $4,300.00 due September 15, 2023

*Please note: this payment plan includes an additional $100 administration fee.

 

OPTION 3*

 $8,700.00 payable as;

  • $2,500.00 due June 15, 2023
  • $2,500.00 due August 1, 2023
  • $3,700.00 due September 15, 2023

*Please note: this payment plan includes an additional $200 administration fee.

Please note: These options do not include staying in Residence during the December – January Winter break.

*Please note: this total is due immediately if accepted after December 1

CANCELLATIONS & WITHDRAWALS

Cancellations and withdrawals must be made by the account holder and will not be accepted over the phone. Please refer to the full policy located here: Termination & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations occur prior to move-in. If you wish to cancel your residence application or the Student Residence Agreement, you must cancel through your Residence Housing Portal prior to move-in.

Withdrawals occur after move-in. If you wish to withdraw from residence, please contact the front desk for a Residence Withdrawal Form. You must return it to the front desk within 5 business days of the anticipated departure date.

If you cancel your application or enrollment at the College, you will also need to cancel your residence application.

If you are academically dismissed or removed from the College, you will also need to withdraw from the residence.

Once you have agreed and acknowledged the Student Residence Agreement you are bound by the termination and cancellation policy detailed within it.

If for any reason, the Manager issues a refund to the Resident, the refunded amount may be subject to a cancellation fee.
